Term condition

Ajnara Packers provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, and relocation-related services as agreed between the customer and the company. All services are offered strictly as per the service agreement signed before the move.

. Booking & Confirmation

  • Booking must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.
  • Service is confirmed only after advance payment and written agreement.
  • Any changes in date, time, or location must be informed at least 12 hours prior.

    Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Prices are based on distance, labor, packing materials, vehicle type, and service requirements.
  • GST and additional charges (if applicable) will be added to the final bill.
  • Payment must be made in advance or as per the agreed schedule.
  • Final payment must be completed before unloading at the destination.
  • No hidden charges—except: toll taxes, parking fees, or additional manpower requested on the spot.

    Packing Material & Labor

  • Standard packing includes bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, tape, foam, and wrapping film.
  • Wooden crate packing or special packaging (TV, glass items, antiques) may incur extra charges.
  • Heavy items such as almirahs, safes, pianos, or industrial goods require special handling fees.

    Loading & Unloading

    Ajnara Packers ensures safe handling during loading and unloading.
  • If the customer arranges local labor at the destination, Ajnara Packers is not responsible for their performance or any resulting damage.

    Transportation Terms

    Delivery time depends on distance, route, weather conditions, and traffic.
  • Customers must provide complete and correct addresses for pickup and delivery.
  • Delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, accidents, traffic restrictions, or unforeseen events will not be the company’s responsibility.

    Customer Responsibilities

    The customer must:
  • Keep cash, jewelry, passports, confidential documents, and valuables with themselves.
  • Inform the company about fragile or high-value items in advance.
  • Check inventory before and after the move.
  • Be present during packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking.

  • Flammable liquids

  • Illegal goods

    Damage & Claims Policy

  • Ajnara Packers ensures maximum safety, but minor scratches or wear during transit may occur.
  • Damage claims must be reported before completing the unloading process.
  • For insured goods, claims will be processed as per insurance company rules.
  • The company is not liable for damage due to:
  • Poor roads
  • Natural disasters
  • Customer-packed items
  • Late reporting of damage

    Insurance Terms

    Transit insurance is optional but recommended for high-value items.
  • Ajnara Packers only assists in insurance; claim approval depends solely on the insurance provider.

    Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled time may attract a cancellation fee.
  • Advance payment may be non-refundable depending on the stage of service.

    Storage & Warehouse Conditions

  • Storage charges are calculated daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Goods stored in the warehouse are covered only by customer-purchased insurance.
  • Unpaid storage dues may result in withholding of goods until payment is cleared.
